Pregnancy Week Counter privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Your pregnancy records
Pregnancy Week Counter stores your due date, names, journal photos and notes, check-ins, symptoms, appointments, birth preferences, checklists, movement records, contraction timings and settings on your device. We do not receive these records. The app has no account, advertising or third-party analytics.
Photos and camera
The camera is used when you choose to take a journal photo. You can instead select an image with Apple's photo picker, which gives the app access to the images you choose. Imported photos and their edits are stored in the app, including an original copy for editing.
Original photo files may contain embedded metadata, such as location. This metadata remains in the original copy included in a ZIP backup.
Creating a film does not upload your photos. Save to Photos requests permission to add the finished film to your photo library. You can decline and keep using the journal, or share the film another way. Camera and Photos permissions can be changed in your device's Settings.
Reminders, widgets and Calendar
Optional reminders are scheduled on your device. Widgets read your due date and tracking status from storage shared with the app. Reminder and widget content may be visible on your Lock Screen; you control their display in your device's Settings.
Adding an appointment to Calendar opens Apple's event editor. The event is saved only if you choose to save it there. The app does not read your existing calendar events.
Backups and copies you share
Your device's settings may include app data in iCloud or computer backups. The app does not automatically sync your journal between devices.
A ZIP backup created through Backup & restore includes your profile, original and edited photos, notes and planning records, including health information. It is not password protected. The Files location or service you choose controls that copy.
Sharing a photo, film, PDF, check-in, birth preference or tracking record creates a copy outside the app. The recipient or service you choose may keep it. Opening a guidance link takes you to an external website, whose own privacy policy applies.
Deletion
Delete individual entries in the app, or use Delete all app data in Settings to remove the app's local records and temporary exports. Deleting the app also removes its local app data. Photos saved to your library, Calendar events, shared exports, ZIP files and device backups remain wherever you saved them; delete those separately.
We cannot retrieve or delete records held only on your device. Restoring a backup may restore records you previously deleted.
Support and this website
If you contact Super Simple Learning Ltd., we receive the contact details and message you send. Include pregnancy or other health information only if you want to share it with support. For privacy questions or requests about support correspondence, email support@supersimpleapps.io.
The website privacy policy covers website visits and support correspondence. It does not mean the app sends your pregnancy records or usage to us. Apple processes App Store purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share under its own settings and policies.
